Apples iPhone is a multimedia, Internet enabled mobile phone. The phones screen is a multi-touch screen with virtual keyboard and buttons.
The screen is a 3.5 in LCD (320x480 px at 160 ppi) touch screen with optical-quality, scratch-resistant glass.
Beside a phone you get a camera and a portable media player. The iPhone allows you to send text, use visual voicemails e-mail, web browsing and Wi-Fi.
The phone was announced in January 2007 and first introduced in the Unites States on June 29, 2007.
